Ebstorf Abbey is a captivatingly beautiful and cohesive medieval convent. Some of its most important art treasures are the Madonna in the nun’s choir and a copy of the Ebstorf Map, depicting the Christian world view of medieval Europe.
All of the convents may only be visited as part of a guided tour, as they are still inhabited.
